Twitter Replaces "Replies" With "Mentions"

Twitter has now replaced the "Replies" tab with what it calls "Mentions." Now, you can find all references to your Twitter name even if it doesn't appear at the beginning of the tweet.

This is one enhancement I've been waiting for.
